If you are having trouble accessing your course webboard, it could be due to a number of issues:
1. Your computer has a failure or is misconfigured.
- Can you NOT view other sites on the internet?
- Is your system experiencing problems unrelated to internet browsing?
If either of the above are true, find a trusted friend or technician to help you. If you live on campus, you can hire ACS Desktop Support for a fee (http://desktop.ucsd.edu , 858-822-0047 or desktop@ucsd.edu ).
